Try-on

The service is available only in Moscow When trying on items, please follow a few simple rules:

• Upon receipt of the ordered items, in the presence of the courier, you can open the package and check whether the item you have chosen fits you in size, color, or texture. If the item does not fit, you can refuse the purchase. Please note that the waiting time for the courier when you are trying on the item is NO MORE THAN 15 MINUTES.
• To avoid damaging the fabric, please remove bracelets, rings, and if necessary, other jewelry when trying on the items.
• Please avoid contact between the fabric and soiled surfaces.
• Please note that the delivered products are made of delicate materials and require careful handling. Please help us to maintain the appearance of the products in case they don’t suit you.
