In order to replace an item, you have to order a new item on our website and book a return of the item that did not suit you.
You can return the purchased items for free within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order, provided that the items were unused, in saleable condition, and their consumer properties preserved (the items were not resized, not washed or dry-cleaned, and all labels and tags remained untouched, and the original appearance of the goods was preserved).
For returns, original packaging, factory labels and seals must be preserved. Please note that returns are free of charge for you. To return items, you have to phone the Customer Service +39 345 2313871. For more information on the return policy, please refer to our Distance Selling Policy and the documents attached to the item you purchased.
The refund is made to your bank card or bank account within 10 working days after we receive the returned items and the documents attached and check the saleable and undamaged condition of the items, or determine an improper quality of the items in case of return of the items of improper quality.
The time of crediting funds to your current account depends on the internal regulations of the beneficiary bank.
